2. What data we collect

We collect the email address you provide when downloading a free resource, joining a waitlist, or buying a product. For purchases, your name and payment details are collected and processed directly by our checkout provider (Lemon Squeezy) — Buildher never stores your card details.

3. What we use it for

• Delivering the product you purchased (PDF sent by email).
• Transactional emails (purchase confirmation, support, product updates).
• Sending Buildher content and updates, only if you opt in — you can unsubscribe anytime via the link in any email.
• Improving the site and content using aggregated, anonymous analytics.

4. Who we share it with

We only share data with service providers necessary to run the business: our checkout and payment provider (Lemon Squeezy, which also handles applicable VAT/sales tax), transactional email (Resend), site hosting (Vercel), and database (Supabase). We never sell your data.

5. Your rights

Depending on where you live (including under GDPR for EU/UK residents), you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, or ask who it has been shared with. Email us below — we respond within 30 days.

6. Retention

We keep purchase records for as long as required by applicable tax/legal obligations. Marketing email data is kept until you unsubscribe.
