1. Who we are

Buildher is a brand operated by PT Eclat Haut Group, registered at Jl. Boulevard Barat Raya, Kelurahan Kelapa Gading Barat, Kec. Kelapa Gading, Kota Adm. Jakarta Utara, Provinsi DKI Jakarta, Indonesia, 14240, producing and selling digital educational content (ebooks, workbooks, and AI-focused courses) internationally. By purchasing or accessing any Buildher product through this site, you agree to these Terms.

2. What we sell

We sell digital products only — PDF ebooks/workbooks, online course access, and related materials. We do not sell individual consulting or personalized mentorship, and we do not guarantee any specific financial outcome: our content is educational.

3. Purchases and payment

International sales are processed by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as merchant of record: Lemon Squeezy handles checkout, billing, tax collection (VAT/sales tax where applicable), and issues your receipt/invoice. Buildher is responsible for the product content, delivery (automatic email), and customer support after purchase.

4. Access and use of content

Purchased material is for the buyer's personal use. Reselling, redistributing, publicly sharing, or republishing the content (in full or in part) without Buildher's written permission is not allowed. Files may include a watermark identifying the buyer.

5. Refunds

Our products are digital and delivered immediately after purchase — once you access or download the content, the standard cooling-off/withdrawal period no longer applies. Lemon Squeezy, as merchant of record, owns and handles all refund requests for this route. See our Refund Policy for how to reach them.

6. Privacy

Your personal data is handled under our Privacy Policy.
