Refund Policy

Digital delivery, no cooling-off period

Our products are digital files (PDF ebooks and workbooks) delivered immediately after purchase. By completing checkout, you acknowledge you are getting instant access to the content and, to the extent permitted by your local law, you waive any statutory cooling-off/withdrawal period for digital content once it has been accessed or downloaded.

Who handles refunds

International purchases are processed by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as merchant of record — Lemon Squeezy owns the transaction, billing, and any refund or chargeback decision for this order. Buildher does not process or issue refunds directly for purchases made through this route.

How to request one

Contact Lemon Squeezy support directly (lemonsqueezy.com/help) with your order details. They will review the request under their own refund policy and process it back to your original payment method if approved.

If something is wrong with the product itself (missing file, broken download, wrong content), that's on us to fix — email support@buildher.com.br and we'll sort it out.
